The former home of Saga Records and epicentre of reggae music in London, The Gramophone Works is a new landmark canal side commercial campus compromising of a mix of refurbished and extended office spaces. The building also features a canal side café, communal reception facilities and external green areas at both ground and roof level.

We were commissioned to complete approximately 3000 linear metres of perimeter sealing to all structural and glass to glass joints to the external façade.
